Eoin McFerran (33) of Tullaghans Road claimed Jobseeker’s Allowance totalling £6,993 while failing to declare employment. He was sentenced to three months imprisonment on each charge suspended for two years and ordered to pay court costs of £46 at Coleraine court yesterday.He is also required to repay any outstanding money wrongfully obtained to the Social Security Agency.
