Police have charged a 41 year old man with being unlawfully at large while under sentence and possessing a Class C controlled drug.
He is due to appear at Lisburn Magistrates’ Court tomorrow, Monday 6 November.
As is normal procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the PPS.
GUIDANCE: The charges follow the arrest on Friday 3 November of a 41 year old prisoner who had failed to return to Magilligan Prison.
