It may be hard to believe but you can now buy water in a can. Tesco is the first supermarket in the UK to start selling canned water.
The new initiative is to cut down on plastic waste which is harder to recycle than cans and takes years to breakdown. It will be available to buy in 500ml cans sold under the CanOWater brand.
700 of Tesco stores will stock these cans of water.
