Coleraine Samaritans on the look out for new Volunteers

Colin Taylor (Publicity and Outreach ) at Coleraine and District Samaritans would like to send out a special invitation to any prospective volunteers.

As we enter our 50th year serving the people of Coleraine and District , we more than ever need to recruit more volunteers to keep up the very worthwhile work we are carrying out and take the organisation forward towards another 50 years.

Perhaps you don’t know much about Samaritans and would like to find out more or you maybe feel that you have something to give. To this end I would like to send out a plea to those of you that are interested in getting involved. There are many benefits to volunteering such as meeting new people, learning new skills and feeling like you are making a difference. Samaritans provides full training and will be with you every step of the way.

If this sounds like something you would be interested in- Why not come along to our Volunteer Information evening on Tuesday 18th February at 7pm in our centre at 20 Lodge road , Coleraine.

If you want to find out more information please call 028 703 21756, leave a message and someone will get back to you.
or visit www.samaritans.org/volunteer to find out more information and apply online.
