A man has appeared in court facing alternative charges of driving with excess alcohol and being in charge of a vehicle.
Stephen Patrick Ciaran Murphy (41), of Churchfield Road, Ballycastle, is accused in relation to an alleged incident at Churchfield Road on March 29 this year.
He appeared at Coleraine Magistrates Court on September 9 where his solicitor was Emma McCann and the case was adjourned to September 16.
