A man denies charges including possessing an offensive weapon – a pair of scissors ‘with handles tied together’.
Mark Laurence Woods (45), of Parklea in Portstewart, also denies threatening to kill a female and male and attempting to damage a door.
The charges relate to August 11 this year.
The case was mentioned at Coleraine Magistrates Court on September 9 and adjourned to September 23 to fix a date for a contest.
The defence solicitor was Garrett Greene.
