Two males have been charged with rioting as well as other charges on the night of journalist Lyra McKee’s killing.
PSNI have said that a 51yr man has been charged with riot, petrol bomb offences and arson of a hijacked vehicle while a 38yr man has been charged with riot, petrol bomb offences and the arson and hijacking of a tipper truck.
The two men are due to appear at Londonderry Magistrates Court on Saturday morning.
The charges Are part of the investigation into the murder of Lyra McKee on Thursday 18th April.
Two other males who are aged 15 yrs & 18 yrs arrested have both been released without charge.
