Ratheane Nursing home have released the following statement after it was revealed earlier the RQIA had placed them on notice over several issues within the Private Nursing Home.
A spokesperson Gareth Macklin, for Ratheane Nursing Home said;
“The team at Ratheane Nursing Home are extremely disappointed that the RQIA felt the home has not met certain standards. We took immediate action to deal with each of the issues raised at their recent visit. We provided evidence to the RQIA within seven days to show how we had addressed these. We are awaiting their imminent re-inspection of the home and their confirmation we have met their requests. Our residents and their care is our number one priority and we will continue to deliver a high standard of care.”
