A new event has been added to North Coast Callander this Spring, and it’s one for all motor fanatics!

Building on the success of Causeway Coast Truck Fest, the North Coast’s newest and exciting motoring event, ‘The Causeway Coast Motor Festival’, which will take place on Sunday 12th April (Easter Sunday) at one of Northern Ireland’s most iconic motorsport venues the North West 200 Pits area in Portstewart with all proceeds from the event going to the event’s official charity ‘The Community Rescue Service’.

With Easter being one of the biggest weekends of the calendar on the Causeway Coast the CCMF Team have been working hard to plan an event that brings the spirit of large Car Shows & Car Cruising together on the North Coast in a safe environment for all entrants, attendees and the public making the trip to this beautiful area on the Easter Weekend.

Show cars, Supercars, Vintage, Classics and even AGRI Spec are just some of the prize categories that car enthusiasts can enter into over the next few weeks in the run up to the show.  All categories are in with a chance of driving away with the main prize of the day, which is of course ‘CAR OF THE SHOW’.

The event doesn’t just stop with the cars, the team have put together a fantastic line-up of LIVE music which includes some of the North Coast’s best DJ’s – from ultimate legends to freshest newcomers – joining us on the LIVE STAGE located on site beside our Food Village & Trade Area.

With a range of trade space available for food stalls, motor trade & local craft vendors, the show is shaping up to have something for everyone on the day.

A spokesperson for the show said:

“The Causeway Coast Motor Festival has been in planning for a little while now, and coming from the North Coast we all know the long association of “Cruising the Port” on Easter Sunday goes back years to our parents and grandparents.

“The show organisers have been working very closely over the past few months with our charity partner ‘The Community Rescue Service, who had ran previous events on the site and with the support of the PSNI, and the Causeway Coast and Glens Council, our aim is to not only create a new and exciting motor event on the Car Show & Tourism calendar but also to create a safe and controlled environment for car enthusiasts making the trip to the Causeway Coast over the Easter weekend.

“The show will have a little something for everyone to enter in to with Show Cars, Vintage/Classic and Supercar categories, Trade & Food Villages and Live DJ sets on the day to keep everyone entertained, making it a new and exciting show for 2020.”

Car entries and trade enquires are open NOW via the show’s Facebook page ‘Causeway Coast Motor Show’.
